The Icône building in Belval is a next-generation office development. The project introduces a generous central atrium, landscaped terraces, and flexible workspace concepts. With its striking facade design and focus on sustainability, Icône has become a landmark in Luxembourg’s new business district, combining architectural innovation with high environmental performance.
ANIRED Group carried out the installation of approximately 15,000 m2 of facade systems, including over 8,000 m2 of large-format GFRC cladding panels.
The scope combined heavy GFRC elements with extensive glazed facades, requiring precise handling, lifting, and sequencing. By integrating these systems, ANIRED ensured that the building’s architectural expression was delivered with consistency, accuracy, and durability.
